Why is my profile not active yet?
The process of activation should take no more than 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you profile is approved.
How to upgrade membership?
Go to 'My Membership' and you can select the membership that you want to upgrade to then click 'Check out'. Payment is made by transfer BCA and email us at billing@Datingku.com with time and date transfer with the information that are provided.
How to send message to other members?
Go to 'Communicator' then click 'Compose'.
How to IM (Instant Messenger) other members?
First, you must be a platinum member to be able to do the IM. Then just go to 'Communicator' and click on the right hand corner that says 'Show' and the IM window will show up. Add user to IM by clicking on the highlighted names and start chatting.
How to send a kiss?
Go to 'Communicator' and then click the heart icon located on the right.
How to block a member?
Go to 'Control Panel' then click the member that you want to block.
